Food Sensitivities & Multiple Sclerosis: Why and How to Do an Elimination Diet

Chances are if you live with MS, you have food sensitivities. While some food reactions are obvious, the vast majority are not. Continuing to eat foods that you are reacting to, even without overt symptoms, can fuel the fire of inflammation. This can damage gut health, leading to leaky gut AND needlessly stimulate your immune system. Dr. Susan will explore the connection between food sensitivities, gut health and MS. She will also discuss how to treat food sensitivities, which is the first step in the MS Gut Restoration Protocol that can treat leaky gut, gastrointestinal symptoms, and autoimmunity.

You will learn:

  • Why food sensitivities are so common in MS
  • The most common foods people are sensitive to
  • How to do an elimination diet and rechallenge to find YOUR food sensitivities
  • How to begin repairing your gut health to improve MS symptoms
